Clarity is needed at this time
Things are happening so fast
Moving towards a new horizon
Leaving behind the past

Patiently waiting ever so long
For this moment to finally come
Wishing with all my heart
For this one dream to come true
To start all over again; anew

Time is approaching quickly
My journey will soon begin
Fear grows in my heart
Doubts echoing within

Negativity whispers all around
Taking root in my mind
Echoing over and over again
Leaving me lost; spinning inside

Leaning back, closing my eyes
Visualizing what lies within
Knowing there is no turning back
My path is set in stone

Reaching deep into my heart
For the courage buried there
For the inner strength that sees
me through
For the light which burns within

Beneath the pain that fills my soul
Underneath the tears which always flow
I find the courage that I seek
I find the strength inside of me

This inner light of mine shining so bright
My beacon; my eternal guiding light
A symbol of hope that I will make through
That this one dream will come true

I wasnt sure how it was going to end until i actually finished it
I didnt think I just let the words flowed

most dream in the night
a ghost that vanishes with the dawn
leaving them empty
as they go about their day

some do not dream at all
they are hollow
an empty shell of nothing
without color
ghostly

some dream in the day
and hold them in the light
filled with hope and wonder
they paint the earth
in vibrant colors

dare to be,
and live

Thank you very much. It took me a bit to write this one. I am the opposite, but i knew somewhere in my still was the spark that is me.
